Production Controller **Prestij Kodlama Steel Works** **Location:** Building 90, Road 11, Samaheej, Muharraq, Muharraq Governorate, Bahrain **Salary:** **BHD 21,000 per year** Job Overview Prestij Kodlama Steel Works is seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented **Production Controller** to join our manufacturing team in Samaheej, Muharraq. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure manufacturing targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and on schedule. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with experience in production planning and inventory management. Key Responsibilities * Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders and business objectives. * Monitor daily production progress and adjust schedules to address operational changes. * Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow. * Track raw material availability and finished goods inventory to prevent production delays. * Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements. * Ensure accurate production records, inventory transactions, and manufacturing reports. * Monitor production costs, material usage, and operational efficiency. * Support capacity planning and resource allocation to maximize productivity. * Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and workplace health and safety regulations. * Prepare regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and operational metrics for management. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing control, or operations coordination. * Strong knowledge of production scheduling, inventory management, and manufacturing processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP/MRP systems, and production planning software. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment.
