Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Apparel Production Director** to lead our production operations, oversee supply chain management, and ensure efficiency across all apparel manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, manage vendor relationships, and drive innovation in production practices. Key Responsibilities * **Production management**: Oversee apparel manufacturing processes from design to delivery. * **Supply chain oversight**: Manage sourcing, procurement, and vendor relationships. * **Quality assurance**: Ensure garments meet international quality and compliance standards. * **Operational efficiency**: Optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve productivity. * **Sustainability initiatives**: Integrate eco\-friendly practices into production. * **Team leadership**: Mentor production managers, supervisors, and staff. * **Innovation**: Introduce new technologies and modern apparel production techniques. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Production, Textile Engineering, or Business Administration. * 10\+ years of apparel production experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, supply chain management, and compliance standards. * Proven track record of managing large\-scale apparel operations. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with GCC apparel industry trends is an advantage.
