Product Manager

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring the product development lifecycle stays on track. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with development teams, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements, align priorities, and ensure smooth product delivery. • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, manage scope changes, and resolve issues to minimize delays and ensure timely project completion. • This role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital insurance products, managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and successful implementation. Reporting to the CTO, this role focuses on project planning, resource coordination, and risk management to align product development with business objectives. • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the insurtech or fintech space, with strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. • Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and provide updates on project progress. • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle shifting priorities, mitigate risks, and manage multiple projects effectively. • Experience: 5+ years in project management, preferably in insurtech, fintech, or tech-driven product development. • Familiarity with project management tools: (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) for tracking and reporting on project progress. • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
