Procurement Officer

• Procurement Operations: End-to-end procurement management, sourcing materials/equipment, RFQs, commercial comparisons, and purchase order (PO) issuing. • Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Vendor identification, prequalification, price negotiation, and managing supplier relationships to meet project timelines. • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities to meet project requirements. • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, focusing on pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize value for the organization. • Manage supplier relationships through regular performance evaluations and feedback to ensure compliance with service levels. • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant procurement experience in a Fire and safety field • Experience in Fire and safety field is a must • Driving license is an advantage
