Procurement Officer - Automotive Industry experience required

• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency. • Sourcing and selecting suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. • Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions. • Managing the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and disputes as needed. • Maintaining accurate records of procurement transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Keeping up-to-date with market trends and developments in procurement practices and technologies. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and meet procurement needs and objectives. • Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations. • Ensuring ethical and sustainable procurement practices are followed. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a track record of success in cost savings and efficiency. • Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and compliance. • Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages as needed.
