Procurement Manager

J Lead end-to-end procurement of food, beverage, consumables, and operational supplies across catering sites. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers; manage contracts, pricing, and service level agreements. Oversee purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory controls through SAP. Lead and develop the procurement team, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and company policies. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Industrial Catering or F&B is mandatory. Proven experience in a managerial procurement role is required. Hands-on experience with SAP (MM / Procurement module) is a must. Strong negotiation, analytical, supplier management, and leadership skills. Advanced MS Office skills are a must. Only local candidates currently based in Qatar will be considered.
