Private Driver & Office Assistant - Dubai

• Drive the business owner for business meetings, appointments and other official requirements. • Office and owners is based at Dubai Marina Area • Handle general office administration, errands and day-to-day office support. • Maintain basic bookkeeping records, organise invoices and receipts, and assist with expense tracking. • Assist with banking-related errands and administrative services. • Collect and deliver documents, cheques and other business-related items when required. • Maintain the company vehicle in good condition and ensure it is clean and roadworthy. • Valid UAE driving licence with a good driving record. • Previous experience as a chauffeur, office driver or office assistant in Dubai. • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, Excel and record keeping. • Familiarity with Dubai roads, banks and government service locations. • Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Honest, punctual, organised and professional, with a helpful attitude. • Flexible to support both driving and office-related duties as required.
