Principal Solution Engineer - Change & Delivery

• Lead the technical design and architecture of complex change initiatives, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards. • Drive the successful delivery of technology solutions by overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle from concept to deployment and adoption. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand their challenges and translate requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. • Define and enforce best practices for solution design, development, testing, and deployment within change programs. • Years of Experience * Minimum 8 years Required Skills * · Requirement analysis / FSD / User stories · API’s & Micro services · System integration · Good knowledge of Credit Risk · Implementation experience in RAROC (Risk Adjusted Return on Capital) is preferred. · Understanding about ECL, FTP is desirable. · Strong SQL/PL-SQL, ETL/batch integration, data mapping, migration and reconciliation skills. · Good understanding of PD, LGD, customer exposure, external ratings, short term/long term and other regulatory risk data. · Strong experience in requirement gathering, technical specifications and source-to-target/data mapping and solutioning. · Defect tracking, triage and root-cause coordination. · Agile delivery · Must have Cloud technologies understanding, using SaaS/PaaS. · Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills · Knowledge of Core Banking Systems, Change/Incident Management and AWS/Azure cloud deployments. Required Experience / Knowledge Areas * Specific domain or industry knowledge required · 6-8- years of implementation experience in risk domain. · Data extraction, migration, reconciliation and regulatory report validation. · Successful completion of SIT, QAT, UAT, DR, production deployment and post-go-live validation.
