Principal Software Engineer – Technical Architect

• Design and develop scalable applications using C# and ASP NET Core. • Own application architecture, integrations, and system design decisions. • Drive software quality, performance, security, and maintainability. • Collaborate with Platform, QA, Data, and Product teams. • Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical guidance. • Support AI-assisted development practices and cloud-native solutions. • 12+ years of software engineering experience. • Strong expertise in C#, NET Core, ASP NET Core, and Oracle. • Experience with distributed systems, APIs, messaging technologies, and NoSQL databases. • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, DevSecOps, and software architecture. • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments is an advantage.
