Capital School is seeking passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our growing team. We are looking for educators who can create engaging learning experiences, inspire young minds and support students in achieving their full potential within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in education or a relevant subject
• Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE/B.Ed. or equivalent)
• Experience teaching within Primary is preferred
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of teaching, learning and assessment practices
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse school community
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Monitor, assess and report on student progress
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and extracurricular activities
• Support students' academic, social and emotional development
