This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to a diverse patient population within a modern, internationally accredited healthcare environment. The successful candidate will diagnose, manage, and coordinate care for acute and chronic medical conditions while promoting preventive healthcare and wellness initiatives. Working closely with specialist physicians across multiple disciplines, the Primary Care Physician will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and ensuring timely referral to specialist services when required. Clinical Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to: Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare consultations for adult patients. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Perform routine health assessments and preventive screening programmes. Manage chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidaemia, asthma, and cardiovascular risk factors. Develop personalised treatment plans and provide long-term follow-up care. Coordinate referrals to specialist services where appropriate. Promote preventive medicine, health education, and lifestyle modification. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with Dubai Health standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary clinical meetings. Medical degree recognised by Dubai Health Arabic speaking ( essential ) Relevant Board Certification or internationally recognised equivalent Minimum 3 5 years' experience as a Specialist or Consultant DHA Licence or DHA Eligibility preferred Excellent communication and patient-centred care skills Experience within private healthcare settings highly regarded Preference will be given to candidates with: Existing DHA Licence or Eligibility GCC or UAE clinical experience Strong preventive medicine and chronic disease management experience Multilingual communication skills Experience within internationally accredited healthcare organisations Immediate availability or short notice period
