Pricing Engineer

• Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives. • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and risks. • Build and maintain complex pricing models, incorporating cost structures, customer segmentation, and value drivers. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively communicated and executed. • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering . • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pricing, estimation, tendering, or cost analysis within Facilities Management, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), MEP, or Engineering Projects . • Strong knowledge of cost estimation methodologies, BOQ preparation, tendering processes, and commercial proposal development. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including cost modeling, data analysis, and reporting. • Ability to review technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements and translate them into accurate cost estimates. • Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals for Facilities Management and O&M tenders. • Familiarity with ERP systems, CAFM platforms, and procurement processes is an advantage. • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in government and semi-government tenders in Saudi Arabia. • Knowledge of MEP systems, asset management, and maintenance operations. • Experience in Facilities Management and O&M projects is highly preferred.
