PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist

Summary: As a PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist , you ll support the Communications team across all PR and influencer marketing initiatives, helping to build, grow, and engage our influencer community. You ll collaborate on campaign planning and execution, gaining hands-on experience and exposure within a fast-paced, dynamic, and creative team environment. Please note that this role is a 6-month fixed-term contract role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Relationship Building: Support the team in building and nurturing relationships with influencers, press, and PR agencies. Assist with day-to-day communications and help ensure our influencer community feels welcomed and engaged. Attend brand events and activations as directed, gaining first-hand exposure to how Huda Beauty builds its community. • Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the Influencer/PR team, including organising and updating influencer-related data and files. Manage the PR closet to ensure the department has on-hand stock for last-minute influencer and press requests. • Research and Identify Influencers: Assist in researching and identifying influencers who align with the brand s values and target audience. Continually audit the influencer community list. • Outreach and Engagement: Support outreach to influencers under the guidance of the team. Assist with scheduling collaborations, campaigns, and content, and help maintain clear and timely communication throughout. • Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying target influencers through an analytical lens, managing outreach, and tracking campaign deliverables, timelines, and results. • Media Monitoring: Monitor content across media and social media platforms and engage with influencer communities. • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Support the team in liaising with other departments as needed, gaining exposure to how Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams work together to bring campaigns and events to life. • Market Research: Help with research on industry trends and competitor influencer marketing efforts. • Event Support: Assist at all PR events and activations, including influencer events, press events, and press/influencer trips. • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field • Fluent in English; Arabic a plus • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with social media platforms and tools a plus • Familiar with influencer trends and the beauty space • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments • Exceptional relationship-builder, both internally and externally • Self-starter with a strong ability to multitask across various projects • Excellent analytical skills and a high interest in new analytics trends • Resilience, creativity and a high level of agility • Excellent team player • Monthly Self Love Days at company discretion • Employee discounts on all Huda Beauty products •
