Influencer Marketing Manager / Campaign Manager

Managing influencer marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through to delivery and reporting. Acting as the day-to-day lead across multiple client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard. Building strong relationships with influencers, talent managers and content creators across the GCC. Identifying the right creators for each campaign based on audience, engagement and brand fit. Negotiating influencer fees, contracts and deliverables while managing campaign budgets. Coordinating campaign timelines, content approvals and publishing schedules. Working closely with clients to understand objectives and translate them into successful influencer activations. Monitoring campaign performance, preparing post-campaign reports and providing actionable insights. Staying on top of regional social media trends, platform updates and emerging creators. Collaborating with internal teams across creative, social media, production and paid media to ensure campaigns are fully integrated. • Native or fluent Arabic speaker (essential). • Previous agency-side experience managing influencer marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across the UAE and wider GCC. • Experience managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously. • Excellent project management and organisational skills. • Confident managing influencer negotiations and relationships. • Strong client-facing communication skills. • Experience with campaign reporting and performance analysis. • Passion for social media, digital culture and creator marketing. • Based in Dubai or open to relocating.
