Power Platform Administrator

o Require a Power Platform Administrator to manage and govern the enterprise Power Platform estate, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages and supporting platform services. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Power Platform administration, environment strategy, tenant governance, licensing management, security configuration, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, CoE toolkit, monitoring, troubleshooting and platform operations. o The role requires experience supporting large-scale enterprise deployments, including environment lifecycle management, solution deployment, application support, platform security reviews, access management, compliance controls, capacity and licence monitoring, and integration with Azure services. The candidate should be capable of driving governance standards, leading platform administration activities, supporting citizen, and professional developers, coordinating with Microsoft and business stakeholders, and ensuring platform stability, security, and adoption. Experience operating and governing a large Power Platform estate with thousands of users, applications and automated workflows is essential. SharePoint Online & M365: • Strong experience with SharePoint Online (Cloud) for content management, collaboration, and business solutions • Experience building modern SharePoint solutions using: o SPFx (SharePoint Framework) o React and TypeScript for custom web parts and extensions • Experience integrating SharePoint with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph APIs • Understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, site architecture, and information lifecycle management Azure AI & Intelligent Automation: • Hands on experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI services, including: o AI powered document processing, classification, or extraction o Integration of AI capabilities into Power Apps and Power Automate • Experience using AI Builder and/or Azure AI services for intelligent automation use cases (e.g., document processing, forms, approvals) • Understanding of responsible AI, security, and data privacy considerations Frontend Development (React): • Strong experience with React for building modern, responsive user interfaces • Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, component based architecture, and state management • Experience integrating React applications with SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure hosted APIs • Familiarity with UI performance optimization and accessibility standards Integration & Data: • Experience integrating Power Platform and SharePoint with Azure services, REST APIs, and enterprise systems • Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and data integration patterns • Ability to design scalable, secure data models and integration flows DevOps, Quality & Operations: • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform, SharePoint, and React solutions • Familiarity with source control (Git), automated deployments, and environment management • Strong focus on solution quality, performance, security, and maintainability • Experience with logging, monitoring, and operational support for production solutions Airline domain UAE location 7 + Years experience
