Plant And Machinery Supervisor

The role involves ensuring maximum equipment availability, coordinating preventive maintenance, supervising maintenance staff, and maintaining compliance with safety and company standards. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise the operation, maintenance, and inspection of plant machinery and equipment. • Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. • Monitor equipment performance and ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, industry standards, and company procedures. • Lead and support maintenance teams while maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports. • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering • 5+ years of experience in plant machinery or heavy equipment maintenance. • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and HSE practices. • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
