Planogram & Assortment Optimization Head

• The Head of Assortment Optimization & Planogram will lead the development and implementation of an integrated omnichannel assortment and space optimization strategy across the company’s retail ecosystem. • The role will ensure that assortment decisions are no longer managed independently by individual channels, but are based on a common commercial framework while allowing for the specific requirements of each channel. • The position will establish a structured approach to SKU tiering, assortment localization, product listing and delisting, category rationalization, store clustering, space allocation and planogram development, while ensuring that the resulting assortment can effectively support both physical and digital customer journeys. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related quantitative field. • The successful candidate will bridge the gap between physical retail and digital commerce, ensuring that assortment decisions consider not only shelf productivity, but also online searchability, digital visibility, availability, fulfillment capabilities, customer demand and channel-specific economics.
