Job description

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Excel. • Strong knowledge of baseline schedules, project monitoring, and progress reporting. • Experience in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and recovery schedules. • Knowledge of delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and project scheduling. • Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills. • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction planning and project controls. • Previous experience in UAE construction projects is highly preferred. • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. • Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred. • Immediate joiners are an advantage.
