Planning Engineer

TamilRole & responsibilities Develop & manage detailed project Baseline Program, CPM, S-curve and deliverables using project management tools (Primavera) Strong Knowledge of resource loading & cost loading in Primavera and productivity analysis Prepare and update Progress Measurement sheet. Regular Update & Monitor of Project P6 Schedules - consisting of engineering, procurement, and construction Prepare recovery/Mitigation Plans for Schedule deviations, Delay claim Analysis & EOT schedule package using Primavera Prepare Daily, weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Progress Reports, Lookahead schedules and other reports as required Prepare and update detailed project status reports, identifying key risks and recommending corrective actions. Prepare and update Risk Register & Risk management reports Prepare and update manpower, materials and equipment schedule Prepare High Quality Planning dashboard, Power Point Presentations & EVM Reports Prepare and update project changes and scope variations. Monitor various vendors schedule & reports Participate in various vendors & client meetings Ensure effective communication of changes to all stakeholders. Ensuring the right resources are available at the right time Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment of project objectives. Maintain project records, progress reports, Minutes of Meetings and change orders. Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping for audit and project evaluation purposes. Bachelors degree in Engineering in Civil 6+ years Experience at Project Site Planning & Execution Good experience in Construction Industry Strong Proficiency in Primavera P6(Must) & Advanced Excel PMP certifications, MS Project, Power BI as added advantage Experience in Gulf Countries Oil & Gas company
