Pipe Fabricator

Pipe Fabricators Roles & Responsibilities Read and interpret isometric drawings, fabrication drawings, and piping layouts. Measure, mark, cut, bevel, and prepare pipes as per project specifications. Fabricate and assemble piping systems, spools, and pipe supports. Fit and align pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, and other piping components. Perform pipe layout and ensure dimensional accuracy according to drawings. Coordinate with welders for tack welding and final welding activities. Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect fabricated spools and assemblies for quality and compliance. Prepare piping systems for hydrostatic and pressure testing. Follow company procedures, quality standards, and HSE regulations. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area. Assist in installation, modification, and repair of piping systems during shutdowns and projects.
