Pipe Straightening Op (Production)

• Operate and maintain pipe straightening machinery, ensuring precise alignment and dimensional accuracy according to specifications. • Inspect raw and finished pipes for defects, wear, and damage, performing necessary adjustments or reporting issues. • Set up and calibrate straightening equipment, selecting appropriate tools and dies for various pipe sizes and materials. • Monitor the straightening process, making real-time adjustments to pressure, speed, and temperature to achieve optimal results. • Must have in pipe Stainless Steel Manufacturing Company • High school diploma or equivalent education is required for understanding technical instructions. • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating heavy machinery in a production or manufacturing environment. • Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and measurement tools. • Demonstrated understanding of metal properties and how they react to straightening processes.
