Pipe Cutting Op (Production)

• Precisely cut pipes to specified lengths and dimensions using advanced cutting machinery and tools, ensuring adherence to strict production tolerances. • Operate and maintain a variety of pipe cutting equipment, including saws, plasma cutters, and laser cutters, performing routine checks and minor adjustments to ensure optimal performance. • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to accurately determine cutting parameters, angles, and material requirements. • Inspect cut pipe sections for defects, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish, rejecting any non-conforming materials promptly. • Must have pipe Stainless Steel Manufacturing Company. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining or manufacturing is a plus. • Proven experience (2+ years) as a pipe cutting operator or in a similar production role within a manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. • Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain various types of pipe cutting machinery (e.g., band saws, abrasive saws, plasma cutters).
