You will manage end\-to\-end employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance with local labor legislation, and contribute to delivering a seamless and positive employee experience. To succeed in this role, you will bring strong expertise in Saudi labor law and hands\-on experience with relevant government HR platforms. **Key Responsibilities** * **HR Operations \& Employee Lifecycle** + Manage end\-to\-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and contract administration. + Maintain HR records and systems, monitor key employee milestones, and support payroll and monthly HR operations. * **Saudi HR \& Compliance** + Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and Saudization requirements. + Manage employee\-related processes through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and other government platforms, including work permits and Iqama administration. * **UAE \& Regional HR Operations** + Support employee lifecycle activities across the UAE, including onboarding, visas, benefits, and offboarding. + Coordinate with external partners and provide HR operational support across the wider MEA region. * **Employee Experience** + Serve as a trusted HR contact, providing guidance and support throughout the employee lifecycle. + Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience. * **HR Systems, Data \& Reporting** + Maintain accurate HR data and conduct regular data quality reviews. + Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and operational trackers to support business decisions.
