Pe Fitter

• To perform PE/HDPE pipe jointing using butt fusion and electrofusion techniques for oil and gas projects as per approved specifications and safety standards. • Carry out butt fusion and electrofusion jointing of PE/HDPE pipes and fittings as per approved procedures. • Prepare, cut, clean, align, and clamp pipes before fusion operations. • Operate fusion machines and ensure correct heating, fusion, and cooling parameters. • Inspect completed joints and report defects or non-conformities to the supervisor. • Follow project specifications, quality standards, and HSE procedures at all times. • Maintain jointing records, equipment, and tools, and assist in pressure testing and inspection activities. • ITI / Diploma in Pipe Fitting or a related trade, with relevant oil and gas industry experience in butt fusion and electrofusion jointing.
