Pastry DCDP

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and professional **Pastry Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)** to join our team at a high\-end restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in pastry production and a strong passion for creating high\-quality desserts and baked products while maintaining excellent standards of presentation, hygiene, and consistency. Key Responsibilities * Assist the Pastry Chef and Chef de Partie with daily pastry production. * Prepare desserts, pastries, cakes, breads, and other pastry items according to recipes and standards. * Ensure consistency in taste, quality, texture, and presentation. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. * Properly store and label ingredients and prepared products. * Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage. * Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service. * Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards. * Support the Pastry Chef with new preparations and menu requirements. Main Requirements * Previous experience as a **Pastry DCDP, Commis Pastry, or similar role is required**. * Experience in a high\-end restaurant, hotel, or pastry kitchen is preferred. * Good knowledge of pastry techniques, desserts, and baking. * Strong attention to detail and presentation. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced kitchen. * Professional attitude and willingness to learn. * Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
