Pastry Chef / Menu Development ( Café Startup) Location: Al Khawaneej, Dubai, UAE Workplace: Home\-Based KitchenEmployment Type: Full\-time / Part\-time About Us We are a growing home\-based healthy café startup in Al Khawaneej, Dubai, focused on premium Greek yogurt, healthy desserts, specialty coffee, and wellness\-inspired products. We are looking for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to help build our menu from the ground up. Responsibilities * Create and develop innovative dessert and pastry recipes. * Design and standardize menu items with detailed recipes. * Develop healthy desserts, Greek yogurt creations, pastries, sauces, and seasonal specialties. * Test, refine, and improve recipes to ensure consistency and quality. * Prepare products according to food safety and hygiene standards. * Work closely with the founder to build a unique and memorable café menu. Requirements * Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Dessert Chef. * Strong experience in menu creation and recipe development. * Knowledge of healthy desserts, Greek yogurt, baked goods, and modern café trends is highly preferred. * Creative mindset with attention to presentation and flavor. * Ability to work independently in a startup environment. * Food safety and hygiene knowledge. Preferred Qualifications * Female candidates are preferred. * Experience in healthy cafés, specialty dessert shops, or boutique cafés. * Passion for innovation and creating new products.
