Part-Time Commis 2 – Cold Kitchen / Salad

**Twisted Olive \| Qatar** Twisted Olive is looking for a **Part\-Time Commis 2 – Cold Kitchen / Salad** to join our culinary team for a seasonal assignment from **October 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist with the preparation of salads, cold appetizers, dressings, sauces, and other cold dishes * Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards * Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and organization * Support the Chef and kitchen team during daily operations and service * Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment * Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures * Assist with mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready for service **Requirements:** * Previous experience in a cold kitchen, salad preparation, or similar culinary role is preferred * Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene * Good attention to detail and organization * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to work in a fast\-paced kitchen environment * Flexible to work part\-time shifts, including weekends and holidays **Position Details:** * **Position:** Part\-Time Commis 2 – Cold Kitchen / Salad * **Location:** Qatar * **Contract Period:** October 1, 2026 – May 15, 2027 * **Employment Type:** Part\-Time / Seasonal Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV through the application process.
