Location: Warehouse 1, Plot No. 728, New Industrial Area, Umm Al Quwain, UAE Department: Production Experience: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site We are looking for an experienced Paint Colour Mixing Technician with hands-on knowledge of industrial paint preparation, colour matching and mixing processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling paint mixing operations independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and mix paints according to required colour shades and production specifications. • Perform colour matching, shade adjustments and colour correction. • Measure and mix pigments, paints and other materials according to required mixing ratios. • Maintain colour consistency and quality during production. • Identify colour variations and make necessary adjustments. • Maintain accurate paint mixing records and material usage details. • Handle assigned paint mixing tasks independently. • Coordinate with production operators to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain mixing equipment and follow workplace safety procedures. Requirements: • 1–2 years of practical experience in industrial paint mixing, colour matching or coating operations. • Good knowledge of pigments, colour combinations and mixing ratios. • Ability to achieve accurate colour shades and maintain consistency. • Capable of working independently and taking responsibility for assigned tasks. • Strong attention to detail and colour accuracy. • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial paint environment preferred. • Relevant technical qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory. • Immediate joiners preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in paint chemistry or a related field is advantageous. • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in paint formulation, color matching, or a similar manufacturing role. • Proficiency in operating spectrophotometers and other color measurement tools. • Strong understanding of paint chemistry, including pigments, binders, solvents, and additives.
