We nurture curiosity and provide opportunities for professional training, development, and internal mobility across brands and geographies. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Who You Are** * Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 8\-10 years of progressive Food \& Beverage experience, with at least 3\-5 years in a restaurant leadership role such as Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant F\&B Manager. * Proven experience managing authentic Italian restaurants within luxury hotels, upscale standalone restaurants, or high\-volume hospitality operations. * Fluent Italian speaker with strong English communication skills. * Strong understanding of Italian cuisine, culture, service standards, and guest expectations. * Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to recruit, coach, motivate, develop, and retain high\-performing multicultural teams. * Proven expertise in guest experience management, service excellence, and effective service recovery. * Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, profitability management, and cost control. * Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage programs, inventory management, purchasing, and stock control procedures. * Sound understanding of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, quality assurance, and compliance standards. * Highly organized with strong planning, problem\-solving, decision\-making, and stakeholder management skills. * Results\-driven hospitality professional with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and maintaining luxury service standards. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment while ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and attention to detail. * Proven ability to drive business performance, maximize guest satisfaction, and achieve departmental goals through effective leadership and strategic planning.
