Process guest bills, payments, and transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system Safeguard cash floats, payment devices, and other financial instruments in accordance with hotel procedures Verify and process credit card transactions, room charges, discounts, promotions, and vouchers with proper authorization Reconcile cash, card, and room charge transactions and prepare end-of-shift reports Support internal controls and house fund audits to ensure compliance with financial policies Work closely with Finance, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting You have experience handling cashiering, billing, or financial transactions within hospitality or a customer-facing environment You demonstrate exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability You are comfortable working with POS systems, payment terminals, and financial reporting tools You have strong numerical skills and can reconcile transactions confidently and efficiently You maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information You communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage
