Outdoor Sales Executive – FMCG (Non-Food)

We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our FMCG Non-Food distribution team in Dubai, UAE . The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE market, preferably within the FMCG non-food sector. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and strengthening the company's presence across retail and wholesale channels. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail outlets, wholesalers, and other B2B customers. • Promote and sell FMCG non-food products, including Apparel, Home textiles, and Garments . • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. • Achieve monthly sales targets and expand product distribution within the assigned territory. • Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and proper shelf placement at customer outlets. • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements. • Collect customer orders, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, and follow up on outstanding payments in line with company credit policies. • Prepare daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and maintain accurate sales records. • 2–5 years of outdoor sales experience in FMCG, preferably Non-Food , within the UAE. • Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE retail and wholesale market . • Experience handling B2B sales , supermarkets, hypermarkets, and general trade customers. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets. • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. • Good command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.
