About the role OT Cybersecurity Engineer Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Experience: 8+ Years Domain: Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Industrial Cybersecurity Employment Type: To be confirmed Job Overview DWT Technology is seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Engineer to strengthen security across Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and industrial network environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OT/ICS security, industrial network protection, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response. The role involves implementing OT cybersecurity controls, assessing risks across industrial assets, supporting compliance initiatives, and collaborating with IT, engineering, and operations teams to protect critical industrial infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Secure and monitor OT/ICS environments and industrial networks. • Implement OT cybersecurity controls, network segmentation, and security monitoring. • Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk assessments across OT assets. • Support compliance with IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, and relevant OT security best practices. • Work with industrial systems and technologies, including SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI, and industrial communication protocols. • Develop and maintain OT incident response procedures and security documentation. • Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to address OT cybersecurity risks. • Support security architecture reviews, audits, and compliance initiatives. • Identify security gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen industrial cybersecurity. Required Skills and Qualifications • Minimum 8 years of relevant cybersecurity experience. • Strong knowledge of OT/ICS security and industrial network environments. • Experience working with SCADA, DCS, PLC, and HMI systems. • Understanding of industrial network security, segmentation, and OT security monitoring. • Experience conducting vulnerability assessments and risk assessments across OT assets. • Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, and OT security best practices. • Familiarity with SIEM, vulnerability management, and incident response. • Understanding of industrial communication protocols and OT security requirements. • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Ability to support security architecture, audits, and compliance activities.
