OSH Officer

• Undertake surveillance of premises and protection of staff and visitors • Maintain full compliance with NMC Safety, environmental and other legal requirements as per National and International standards • Monitor, ensure and implement compliance to environmental compliance and standards • Monitor and review the Seven FMS Programs as per JCI standards • Conduct facility inspection rounds to proactively identify safety deficiencies and develop and implement proactive solutions • Deliver training as required • Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises • Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers • Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues • Report in detail any suspicious incidents • Comply with all infection control policies, standards and procedures and cooperate with facility management • Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures • Notify hazards, incidents, near misses and assist with preparation of risk assessments and incident reports • Attend applicable infection control training programs, mock drills and awareness programs • Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Public Health, Nursing or other healthcare-related field • Certifications: First Aid / BLS (Basic Life Support) from an approved provider (e.g., Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services) • Certifications: Fire Safety / Emergency Response Training • Certifications: Infection Control Training
