A reputed medical center in Qatar is looking for qualified Oral & Maxillofacial Specialists to join its medical team. Overseas Candidates Welcome! Candidates currently based outside Qatar are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the eligibility requirements for professional licensing in Qatar through the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP). Key Responsibilities • Diagnose and manage conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and associated structures. • Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures in accordance with clinical standards and patient needs. • Conduct clinical examinations, assess diagnostic imaging, and develop appropriate treatment plans. • Manage facial injuries, oral infections, impacted teeth, jaw disorders, cysts, and other maxillofacial conditions within the scope of practice. • Perform minor and major oral surgical procedures as per qualifications and clinical privileges. • Provide pre-operative assessments, post-operative care, and follow-up consultations. • Work closely with dentists, orthodontists, radiologists, and other medical specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation, and treatment reports. • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and Qatar healthcare regulations. • Educate patients regarding treatment options, surgical procedures, recovery, and oral health care. Requirements • Relevant recognized qualification in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. • Relevant clinical experience in the specialty. • Must meet Qatar DHP licensing eligibility requirements. • Ability to provide the necessary documents for professional evaluation and licensing.
