Oracle EPM Consultant

• Planning & Budgeting (EPBCS) · Design, implement, and support Oracle EPBCS solutions. · Configure Planning modules, including: · Financial Planning · Workforce Planning · Capital Planning · Project Planning · Develop and maintain planning, budgeting, forecasting, and what-if analysis models. · Build business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and reports. · Support annual budget and rolling forecast cycles. Workforce Planning · Configure and manage Workforce Planning models. · Support headcount planning, compensation planning, hiring forecasts, and workforce cost analysis. · Integrate workforce data from Oracle HCM Cloud and other HR systems. · Develop scenario-based workforce and organizational planning solutions. Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS) · Implement and support FCCS applications for group consolidation. · Configure ownership management, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation processes. · Manage close calendars and financial reporting requirements. · Support statutory, management, and regulatory reporting. · Troubleshoot consolidation and data validation issues. Tax Reporting (TRCS) · Configure and maintain Oracle TRCS applications. · Support tax provision calculations and tax reporting processes. · Automate tax-related data collection and reconciliation activities. · Ensure compliance with local and international tax reporting requirements. · Collaborate with Finance and Tax teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Integration & Data Management · Develop integrations using: · EPM Data Integration · FDMEE · REST APIs · EPM Automate · Integrate Oracle EPM with: · Oracle ERP Cloud · Oracle HCM Cloud · Oracle Fusion Applications · Third-party systems · Manage metadata, data loads, data validation, and reconciliation processes. Reporting & Analytics · Design financial and management reports using: · Oracle Financial Reporting · Smart View · Narrative Reporting · Management Reporting · Develop executive dashboards and KPI scorecards. · Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requirements. Support & Governance · Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle EPM applications. · Conduct root-cause analysis and issue resolution. · Maintain application documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures. · Support audit, compliance, and internal control requirements. · Participate in change management, testing, and release activities. • Functional Skills · Strong knowledge of: · Budgeting and Forecasting · Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) · Financial Consolidation · Tax Provision and Reporting · Workforce Planning · Financial Close Processes Technical Skills · Oracle EPBCS · Oracle Workforce Planning · Oracle FCCS · Oracle TRCS · Groovy Scripting · Calculation Manager · Business Rules · Smart View · Narrative Reporting · EPM Automate · Data Integration · FDMEE · REST APIs · SQL (preferred) Integration Knowledge · Oracle ERP Cloud integration · Oracle HCM Cloud integration · Flat File and API-based integrations · Data validation and data quality frameworks Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. · Oracle EPM Cloud certification preferred. · Professional accounting qualifications (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage. Experience Required · 5–10 years of Oracle EPM implementation and support experience. · Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with: · EPBCS · Workforce Planning · FCCS · TRCS · At least 2 end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects. · Experience in financial services, payments, banking, or large enterprise environments preferred. Preferred Competencies · Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. · Ability to translate business requirements into EPM solutions. · Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. · Experience working in Agile and project-based environments. · Ability to engage with Finance, Tax, HR, and Technology stakeholders at all levels.
