Job description
**Job Summary**
The Oracle DBA is responsible for managing Oracle databases, ensuring high availability, security, backup, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Administer Oracle databases and ensure 24×7 availability.
* Configure RAC, Data Guard, GoldenGate, and clustering.
* Manage backup, recovery, upgrades, and migrations.
* Monitor database performance and security.
* Perform tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
* Maintain database documentation and disaster recovery procedures.
**Qualification**
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
* Oracle certifications preferred.
**Experience \& Skills**
* Minimum 12 years of Oracle DBA experience.
* Expertise in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, ASM, SQL/PLSQL, database tuning, cloud platforms, scripting, backup \& recovery, and database security.
