Job Vacancy – Operations Supervisor \| Food \& Fishing Industry **We Are Hiring!** We are looking for an experienced **Operations Supervisor** to join our team in the **Food / Seafood Processing Industry**. Position: Operations Supervisor **Preferred Experience:** * Experience in the **fishing, seafood, frozen food, or food processing industry** is highly preferred. * Strong experience in daily production and operational activities. * Knowledge of seafood handling, processing, freezing, packing, and storage is an advantage. * Experience managing workers and supervising production teams. * Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, quality control, and operational procedures. * Ability to monitor production targets, manpower, equipment, and daily operations. * Strong communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily production and operational activities. * Manage and coordinate production staff. * Monitor production quality, productivity, and efficiency. * Ensure proper handling, processing, freezing, and packing of products. * Coordinate with warehouse, quality, maintenance, logistics, and management teams. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and food safety standards. * Prepare daily production and operations reports. * Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions. **Location:** Oman **Industry:** Food / Seafood / Fishing Candidates with **strong fishing or seafood industry experience will be given preference.** **Interested candidates are invited to send their CV for consideration.** **** Work Location: In person
