Reservations & Operations Supervisor

Vacancy: Reservations, Operations \& Guest Services Supervisor A tourism establishment located in Sharqiyah Sands – Bidiyah is seeking a qualified male or female candidate to work in reservations, operations, and guest services. Key Responsibilities: * Manage reservations through and the official website, including updating rates and availability. * Monitor reservations and prevent booking conflicts or double bookings. * Communicate professionally with guests via WhatsApp from booking confirmation until check\-out. * Coordinate guests’ arrival, departure, and transportation arrangements. * Promote and sell activities, tours, meals, and additional services. * Coordinate guest requests with staff, drivers, and activity operators. * Supervise the cleaning and preparation of chalets and tents before guests arrive. * Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. * Enter daily data into the resort’s financial system. * Prepare daily reports on occupancy, sales, and upcoming requests. * Manage social media accounts and respond to enquiries. Requirements: * Priority will be given to candidates with previous experience in hotels, resorts, or tourism establishments. * Familiarity with and WhatsApp Business, with a willingness to learn and develop. * Good spoken and written English; French is an additional advantage. * Good computer skills and accuracy in data entry. * Good organisational, sales, and guest service skills. * Ability to supervise staff and follow up on operational details. * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
