Operations Officer

Operations Officer (Courier \& Logistics) We are looking for a proactive and hands\- on Operations Officer to manage and monitor daily inbound and outbound shipment operations and ensure shipments move accurately and on time. **Location :** AlRai/Ardiya **Working hours :** Rotational shifts \- Not less than 48 per week/6 days a week **Key Responsibilities:** Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, scanning, sorting, manifests, and dispatch. Track shipments and follow up on delays, exceptions, and pending shipments. Coordinate with couriers, warehouse, line\- haul, and customer service teams. Verify shipment counts, documentation, and system records. Prepare daily operational reports and monitor key shipment KPIs. Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action. Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards. **Requirements:** 2–5 years of experience in courier, express delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations. Good knowledge of shipment tracking and operational processes. Proficiency in MS Excel Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem\- solving skills. Proactive, takes initiative, and demonstrates strong ownership. Transferrable residency Pay: KD300\.000 \- KD450\.000 per month Work Location: In person
