Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven **Operations Manager** to oversee and manage our day\-to\-day operations and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise overall company operations and construction activities. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects to ensure timely completion. * Lead operations, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations, company policies, and HSE standards. * Monitor project costs, resources, productivity, and operational performance. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities. * Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. * Prepare and review operational reports, budgets, schedules, and performance KPIs. * Develop processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. * Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project and operational teams. Candidate Requirements * **10\+ years of relevant experience**, preferably in Saudi Arabia. * Strong preference for candidates with experience in the **construction industry**. * Proven experience in operations and project management. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and site operations. * Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. * Good knowledge of **Saudi construction regulations and HSE requirements**. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. * **Saudi Arabia/GCC experience is highly preferred.** Language: * Arabic (Required) * English (Required) Location: * Riyadh (Required) Work Location: In person
