Operations Executive

Operations Executive **Location:** Muscat, Sultanate of Oman **Employment Type:** Full\-time About the Role Precision Electricals is seeking an experienced and organized **Operations Executive** to manage and coordinate day\-to\-day business operations in Muscat. The ideal candidate should have **5–6 years of relevant experience**, strong coordination and problem\-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively across different departments. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities. * Ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and finance teams. * Monitor orders, deliveries, inventory, and operational schedules. * Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and service providers as required. * Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and operational requirements. * Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation. * Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them. * Monitor processes and ensure activities are completed efficiently and on time. * Prepare regular operational reports for management. * Support management in improving operational efficiency and processes. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
