Operations Associate

***Job Overview*** **Operations Associate** is responsible for supporting the daily operational activities of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth business processes. This role involves coordinating across departments, managing administrative, accounting and finance tasks, optimizing workflows, and assisting with project implementation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail\-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. ***Roles and Responsibilities*** * Assist in planning and execution of operational activities and projects * Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures * Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting for the operations team * Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence * Maintain organized files, records and documentations * Assist in budget tracking and expense management * Track project milestones, deadlines and deliverables * Records daily transactions (accounts payable/receivables) * Collect, organize and analyze operational data * Maintain database and tracking systems * Ensure data accuracy and integrity * Process invoices, payments, and expense reports * Assist with audit preparations * Gather and input monthly expense data for each office into the P\&L system * Document project progress and prepare status reports and updates ***Qualifications*** * Must be a degree holder in Accounting, Business, Communications or a related field * Minimum 1\-3 years operations, finance and administrative experience * Proficiency in G\-suites (Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides, Gmail) * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
