Business Operations Fellow

About the Role As an Operations & Growth Fellow, you'll join our Project Management Track, working at the heart of one of Calo's fastest-growing business verticals. This is one of the most cross-functional roles in the Fellowship. You'll work alongside leaders responsible for growing our On Demand business across multiple markets, gaining exposure to everything from operations and marketing to commercial strategy, supply, expansion, and customer experience. No two days will look the same. One day you might be helping launch a new initiative. The next, you'll be coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams, analyzing operational performance, or solving challenges that directly impact the customer experience. You'll become someone who connects people, drives execution, and helps turn ideas into reality. What you'll be working on Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects across the On Demand business. Coordinate with teams across Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and other functions. Track project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure initiatives move forward. Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience. Help launch new initiatives, processes, and business improvements across multiple markets. Prepare project updates, presentations, and recommendations for key stakeholders. Take ownership of projects from planning through execution and delivery. What we're looking for We're not looking for years of experience. We're looking for future operators and leaders. Communicate clearly and confidently with different people. Enjoy solving problems and thinking critically. Can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. Thrive in fast-moving environments where every day is different. Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, project management tools, or AI tools is a plus, but absolutely not required.
