Operational Manager

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of technical works projects and maintenance activities. • Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical teams to ensure efficient project execution. • Manage MEP, maintenance, fit-out, renovation, and general technical works operations. • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Monitor workforce productivity, resource allocation, and operational performance. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations. • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. • Prepare operational reports, project updates, and performance analyses for management. • Manage procurement requirements and ensure the availability of materials and equipment. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. • Resolve operational challenges and ensure client satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and HSE standards. • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in technical works, facilities management, or maintenance operations. • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, fit-out, renovation, and technical services. • Proven experience in managing projects, workforce, vendors, and subcontractors. • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Strong client relationship and communication skills. • Proficiency in preparing operational reports and project documentation. • English is mandatory; Hindi is preferred. • Male candidates preferred. • Immediate joiners will be given preference. • UAE driving license is an added advantage.
