Lead – Business Continuity & Operational Resilience Emirati

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) tailored to the organization's specific risks and regulatory landscape. • Lead the design, implementation, and testing of robust Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, ensuring critical business functions can resume within defined recovery time objectives (RTOs). • Orchestrate and manage crisis response and incident management activities during disruptive events, coordinating cross-functional teams to minimize impact and ensure swift recovery. • Conduct regular business impact analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, prioritizing mitigation efforts. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Risk Management, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Professional certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CRISC, CISM are preferred. • 5-7 years of experience in Business Continuity or Operational Resilience Management. • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Basel, NCEMA, PRA/FCA, APRA, Central Bank guidelines). • Proven track record of leading business continuity and resilience initiatives in financial services sector. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and crisis leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Demonstrated success in supporting branch performance and growth initiatives. • Strong experience in customer relationship management and sales support.
