Operation & Expansion Manager

We are looking to hire an Operations Manager to fully oversee two car wash branches in Bahrain. Proposed job title: Operations \& Expansion Manager We are seeking a candidate with real, hands\-on experience in managing and operating service businesses or car wash operations, who will be fully responsible for: * Daily operations of both branches. * Managing and supervising staff. * Preparing work schedules, attendance, and leave plans. * Recruitment, interviews, and training of new employees. * Overseeing maintenance, equipment, and suppliers. * Handling customer complaints and improving service quality. * Monitoring sales, expenses, and daily performance. * Developing ideas and plans to increase sales and improve operations. * Supervising the opening and operation of future branches. * Providing clear monthly reports to the business owner. We need a manager who can be fully relied upon to run the business, so that the owner’s role is limited to monthly follow\-ups, reviewing results, and making key strategic decisions. Required qualifications: * Strong experience in daily operations and managing multiple branches. * Experience in staff management, recruitment, and training. * Strong leadership, disciplined, and well\-organized personality. * Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently without constant supervision. * Experience in increasing sales and reducing costs and waste. * Strategic thinking for development and expansion. * Proficiency in preparing reports and using management systems. * Previous experience in car wash operations or multi\-branch service businesses is preferred. * Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred. * A valid driving license in Bahrain is preferred.
