Operation Executive

**Company:** TAM Logistics \& Trading W.L.L. **Location:** Bahrain We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to coordinate daily logistics, delivery, dispatch and warehouse activities. The candidate will ensure shipments are processed accurately, deliveries are completed on time and operational issues are resolved efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily pickup, dispatch and delivery operations. * Assign shipments and routes to drivers and delivery teams. * Monitor shipment status, delays, returns and unsuccessful deliveries. * Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, customers and internal departments. * Maintain delivery records, manifests and proof\-of\-delivery documents. * Handle customer complaints and operational issues. * Prepare daily and monthly operational reports. * Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements. Requirements * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, courier, delivery or warehouse operations. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and logistics systems. * Strong communication, coordination and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours. * Bahrain driving licence will be an advantage.
