Operation Coordinator - BLS - Riyadh - KSA

We are TUV SUD. YOUR TASK Coordinating and assigning projects to inspectors. Follow up on completing reports and uploading it to the Tawuniya portal. Support the other teams in all sub\-departments like Inspectors, QC/QA, design team, and accountant team. Handle the visit appointments and upload the visit reports to the Tawuniya portal. Handle complaints from clients and Tawuniya. Communicate with clients such as answering the calls \& messages and guiding the clients to the responsible team according to TUV SUD rules. Issuing Quotations for the Non\-destructive test or Destructive test or Design re\-study. Uploading the new projects to BLS,IMS. Document control \& archive all types of reports, technical documents, letters \& warranties from any involved parties on site. Upload weekly reports to the operations supervisor. Organizing the meetings for all sub\-departments in BLS Recording the minutes of meetings and circulating the work instructions to all sub\-departments Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma 1\-3 Years of experience. Microsoft office experince Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
