Marine Equipment Operations Lead

**Job Summary:** El Yousr Marine Operations is seeking an experienced Marine Equipment Operations Lead to manage off\-shore and port side heavy machinery, coordinate deck equipment deployments, enforce maritime safety standards, and ensure the seamless operational readiness of all marine assets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the daily operation, mobilization, and maintenance of marine cranes, winches, deck machinery, and off\-shore equipment. * Lead marine equipment operators, riggers, and technical crew during port loading, vessel provisioning, and off\-shore operations. * Implement preventive maintenance programs and perform regular diagnostic checks to prevent equipment breakdowns at sea. * Enforce strict compliance with international maritime safety codes (ISM/SOLAS), port authority regulations, and site safety protocols. * Inspect rigging gear, load lines, and mechanical lifting systems prior to operation to ensure complete structural integrity. * Coordinate with vessel captains, marine engineers, and port operations managers to align equipment schedules with client deadlines. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related maritime field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in marine equipment management, offshore operations, or port machinery supervision. * **Licensing/Certifications:** Valid STCW certifications and recognized Marine Safety/Rigging qualifications. * **Skills:** Expert knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic deck machinery, marine crane operations, load testing, and vessel stability considerations. * **Competencies:** Strong off\-shore leadership, quick problem\-solving under adverse weather conditions, and high safety consciousness. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٨٬٨٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
