OneSync UAE | Seeking Independent Sales & Business Development Partner

• Identify and approach prospective customers across the UAE, including clinics, salons, restaurants, real estate agencies and professional service firms. • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, understand their needs and introduce relevant OneSync services. • Arrange introductory meetings, follow up with prospects and coordinate with the OneSync team throughout the sales process. • Facilitate a smooth customer handover. OneSync manages service delivery and ongoing customer support. • Previous experience in sales, business development or a client-facing professional role. • An established network of business owners or decision-makers in the UAE. • Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills. • A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently. We welcome independent sales professionals, business consultants, accountants, company formation specialists, marketing professionals, social media managers, photographers, videographers and content creators who have relevant business relationships. Applicants should be comfortable with a fully commission-based arrangement and have the appropriate authorisation to operate independently in the UAE. PARTNERSHIP & COMMISSION You earn commission on the customers you bring to OneSync, with the opportunity for recurring monthly commission under the agreed partnership terms. The commission structure and payment conditions will be discussed before the partnership begins. There is no fixed salary or guaranteed income. This opportunity does not include employment, visa sponsorship or employee benefits. The partnership is non-exclusive, with no fixed working hours. It can operate alongside your existing business or professional commitments. You focus on sales and customer introductions; OneSync handles delivery and ongoing support.
